Irish Channel Whiskey

The New Orleans neighborhood Irish Channel is a historic district, known for blending Irish and American populations so long ago. A blend of 10-year-old American Light and three-year-old Irish whiskeys, Seven Three Distilling Co. named Irish Channel Whiskey for the neighborhood. Finished in Cognac barrels that are a quarter-century old, the whiskey has smooth notes of dried fruit and milk chocolate neatly tied up in a Cognac finish. Not quite Irish. Not quite American. Fully one-of-a-kind.
