Montanya Valentia Rum

This single barrel, limited release rum is a celebration of the progress made by women in the distilling industry. Distilled and bottled by an entirely female crew, the four-year-old Valentia Rum is finished in rye barrels from the female-owned and operated Catoctin Creek Distilling Co. Deeply aromatic with tones of vanilla and cardamom, this celebratory spirit is rich with notes of ginger, honeysuckle and white flowers leading through a spicy rye finish.
