Sourland Mountain Gin

This gin manifests the authentic nature of pure craftsmanship. Only a year and a half old, the resulting formula materialized after 70 consecutive test runs. Comprised of 12 unique botanicals, the distillation process macerates each botanical in a corn-based, neutral grain spirit. Sourland Mountain Spirits’ deviated from conventions by pulling back on the juniper with hopes of creating a uniquely exceptional product. The result was flavorful and aromatic, allowing the mixed assortment of flavors to meld together and dance on the palate.
