Whiskey Del Bac Dorado

Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is the impetus for Hamilton Distillers. Barbequing with mesquite scraps and drinking Scotch, the folks behind Hamilton Distillers were inspired to malt their barley over mesquite instead of peat. To malt the barley they use Prosopis Velutina, the predominant species in Southern Arizona. The resulting Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is a craft whiskey that’s a true reflection of the Sonoran Desert. Whiskey Del Bac Dorado is packed with award-winning notes of sweet tobacco, dark chocolate and sweet toffee.
