Made from black strap molasses, when the rum comes off the still at Wright & Brown Distilling Co., it’s fruity, floral, with just a little spunk. It blossoms during its rest, developing into a warm, full-bodied spirit with tones of hazelnut and banana bread that lead to a rich finish of nutmeg and bitter chocolate.
